The hotel is in a lovely position, by the Vondelpark and in the museum quarter. The shower and bed were good, but otherwise the hotel, which had just been taken over by new owners, was in a very battered state. Hopefully, this will change with the much-needed refurbishment. Breakfast is not provided and the cafes around don't open until 9am.

Alle Angestellte sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Es werden kostenlos zusätzliche Leistungen angeboten, Bademäntel, Handtücher für die Therme, Ohrenstöpsel für schnarchende Bettnachbarn, Winter- Wanderaccessoires... einfach großartig! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und liebevoll angerichtet. Das Einzige was man wissen sollte ist, dass das Hotel über keinen Aufzug verfügt und schon die Rezeption im 1. Stock liegt.

Bra parkering på baksidan av hotellet. Lite snirkligt dock att komma till parkeringen. Kommer till receptionen genom att ringa på en klocka på utsidan av hotellet. Får sedan nyckelkort så inga problem. Utanför hotellet flera restaurangen att välja bland.

Hubsches Familien-Hotel. Sehr nette Menschen.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort aber sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und die Lage. Es gibt Parkplätze und viele Restaurants. Die therme sind sehr schön direkt am Rhein. Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich.

Sicherlich zufriedenstellend, Wenn man ...

Wir haben via Expedia gebucht und bekamen das Zimmer direkt am Treppenhaus. Konsequenz: Nächtliches Erwachen, wenn die teils betrunkenen Nachtschwärmer zurückkommen und frühmorgendliches Erwachen, Wenn die Unterlagen durchs Treppenhaus zum Frühstück wollen. An ein ruhiges durchgängiges Schlafen ist nicht zu Denken. Darüber hinaus beherbergt das Haus anscheinend Kegelclubs oder andere, die völlig betrunken in den Morgenstunden an die Zimmertüren hämmern und lauthals in den Fluren gröhlen. Fazit: Falsches Zimmer -vielleicht, weil via Expedia gebucht und schlaflose Nächte, weil Wandhaken beherbergt waren.
