「Nepal has so much beauty to offer the world, and maintaining top-tier hospitality is key to showing that off. Holiday Inn has great potential to lead by example, though investing in just a bit more staff training would make the guest experience truly shine. During buffet breakfast, my partner and I ordered an omelette and were patiently waiting for it to be ready. When it was finished, another guest accidentally walked off with it! We found the moment quite funny, but the live-station staff...

「Very comfortable and swimming pool was amazing. I am very impressed by the hospitality.」

「Clean well maintained room with very respectful staff that accommodates needs and requests. Nearby Boudhanath stupa and shops.」

「My husband and I stayed for several nights and were delighted by the whole experience. The staff are very kind and the service was impeccable. The location is ideal for exploring Boudha area and the delicious and fairly-priced on-site restaurant made it easy to improvise plans each day. Truly exceptional property. We can’t wait to return. Namaste!」

「This time I stayed in a room on the second floor. I was a little disappointed because I could hear voices from the courtyard until night. Other than that it's a great hotel.」
