"Really good experience in the Hotel Manu, good customer service, excellent cleaning. Always a pleasure staying inside the hotel when its really hot outside. You have a lot of options if you like to use different subways. Nice view when you are walking on the seoullo bridge to go in or out from the Hotel. Really quiet and safe place during the night. "

"Staff are warm n welcoming, always with a smile,especially boss Insuk n the Choon, the lady who checked me in(hope i got d name right). Housekeeping does great job in cleaning n changing towels daily. Would be great if there was a closet to hang clothes. Bus stop for Airport limousine is conveniently located across d hotel, only 2 minutes walk. Thanks Insuk n team for your hospitality "

"Owner was rude. Hotel is not like pictures .he gave us a room in a another building that was close to main building. It as so dirty and unsafe. We didnot stay there but he charged us for all nights."

"My room was being cleaned everyday. Walking distance to yejang bus public parking which is my meet up place for all of my ktours. About the property is all good but the guy in the front desk when i was checking in. Instead of helping me with the big luggage, he carried my small luggage and a backpack which is light and let me carried my heavy luggage.I asked him to carry my big luggage but he walk fast through my assigned room. It' s not that gentleman 😁."

"The property is in a great location that is just across the road from the Myeongdong night market which makes it very convenient but gives you some respite from the business. The rooms are very comfortable but what sets the Westin apart is the service. Everyone is so kind and helpful and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
