• Dogs are allowed with prior written permission, with the payment of an additional $100 *per pet* with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Please refer to the additional pet rules further down.



✺ GUEST ACCESS✺

You'll have access to the entire home and 1 acre property, including the shed outside for any outdoor games.



✺ HOUSE RULES✺

• Quiet hours after 9pm

• As the house is on a septic system, please only flush toilet paper down the toilet

• Please no shoes in the house

• No parties or events

• No unregistered guests allowed

• No smoking or vaping of any substance inside the property

• No blasting of music or loud noise.

• Please turn off the AC/Heater when you go out

• Please clean up the grill after use



Dog owners agree to the following additional rules:

• To pay the pet fee of $100 per pet (cats not allowed)

• Outside the house, dogs should be leashed at all times. There are coyotes in the High Desert, which present danger to unleashed dogs. Cacti can also cause injuries to dogs. Dog owners bear full responsibility for the safety of their dogs.

• Owners must immediately pick up after their dogs and deposit waste in a plastic bag and place it in the garbage bin

• Dogs are not to be left unattended in the house at any time. In addition to our additional dog cleaning fee, we will deduct the costs of extra cleaning or repairs necessitated by the presence of your dog.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire home and 1 acre property, including the shed outside for any outdoor games.



The Neighborhood:

* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a 500 USD fine for guests.



* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a 100 USD fee.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the house is situated in an area rich with desert plants and animals. This includes many Joshua Trees, rabbits and coyotes, but also sharp cacti and rarely desert critters such as spiders, snakes and scorpions. Therefore, we ask that you practice caution while walking around the grounds.



In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with a few exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.

Outdoor surveillance: In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with a few exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

** Please note: Cowboy pools are unavailable from November through March.**

Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.



Please note: From November through March, heating the hot tub requires significant energy due to colder desert nights. To ensure comfort while keeping it sustainable, hot tub use is complimentary for up to 5 hours per day. Additional usage beyond this will incur an extra fee of $50 per day.



☆ Cowboy Pool Availability ☆

The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking.



◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
