"For such a large hotel, I was so impressed with its cleanliness. The staff were wonderful, and checking in was a breeze. It is a unique experience."

"Have been staying here a few times a year over the past four years. Patrons getting louder and louder. I think it may be housing section 8 or similar."

"Everything was very clean, from the breakfast area to the hallways to our room. Parking was easy and safe. The room was quiet and housekeeping came every day, which I have found to be unusual the past few years at other chains. Most of our stays recently have been in Saratoga due to family obligations. We stayed in some higher-end establishments and they were not as nice as this Microtel in Amsterdam. We'll definitely be staying here again!"

"Well...dried blood on the sheets, water was tinted brown, no fan in the bathroom, windows moldy, and window was broken so you couldnt lock it. "

"Parking was good. Room was clean but I could smell smoke which probably came from someone smoking somewhere. Didn’t have much for a continantal breakfast. Just a muffin and coffee. "

"Staff was not the friendliest checking in. The elevator did not work the next day, and we had trouble changing rooms.."
