"Our location was beautiful. We met our host and showed us our villa. It was a condo cottage part of a hotel.Our condo was clean . Our bed was very uncomfortable and our pillows were extremely hard. No extra anything to exchange themThe pool was lovely, the hot tub was a cold tub. We loved the location however barking dogs kept us awake both nights. Be aware of many steep stairs. Hate to be negative but can’t give more than a three. "

"Inmountain Resort offers remote accommodation high above the city of Funchal. Your host, Marco, is very accommodating. For a very reasonable fee, Marco met me at the airport and took me on a tour of Funchal. The accommodation is more than adequate. Quiet and very private. You will feel as if you are in another world - far from the hustle and bustle of daily life. High recommend Inmountain. "

"Pros: Had a wonderful time in your Beach House! The views were more beautiful than I ever imagined. Family had one of our favorite vacations. Cons: Showers need immediate repair. First bedroom shower downstairs was stopped up and the pan filled with water. The other 2 bedroom showers leaked and flooded the bathroom floors. A little repair would make a big difference."

"In a word, fabulous. The villa is located in a very quiet area, the stay was in perfect peace (the occasional and distant dog barking is not disturbing at all and the neighbors' dogs are completely calm). "This is not the Ritz Carlton, but it doesn’t have to be. Super staff, beautiful location on the edge of delightful little bay. Views to die for, pool, better than average breakfast. The furnishings are older, but not worn, and the place is very clean. Great value for money."
