「駅は目の前でした！ チェックインの案内してくれた方がとても丁寧でした！ ただ、チェックアウトの仕方が分からずキーを部屋に置いたまま出て来てしまいました！ お部屋はとても綺麗で良かったです！」

「On arrival, the staff weren't very welcoming, and due to the language barrier we had to use a translator app before communication became easier. There were complimentary tea and drinks in the lobby, but this wasn't mentioned at check-in. After our long flight, I had to ask if they were free before helping myself.
