「Everything was great」

「Clean and nice hotel」

「This motel should be shut down. The room was dirty. The shower head was moldy. The room had a chair to sit in but it was so filthy, I wouldn’t allow my dog to sit on it. There was mold on the bathroom walls. The window to the outside had a diagonal crack all the way across. The halls were filthy. The food was old in the breakfast room. WhenI went to get the liquid out of the waffle maker, lots of dry gunk fell out of it. For fruit there was 2 oranges and 1 apple. I wouldn’t even give this motel...

「We booked this hotel so our granddaughters could swim. We always bring snacks into the pool area. However, a staff member came in, and very rudely said, “ hey food isn’t allowed in here!” There isn’t a sign on the pool door nor any sign inside the pool area. We are frequent travelers and we always clean up after. Sadly we will not be return guests 」

「Our room and the entire Inn was very inviting and comfortable. The owner and staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would definitely return to the Carolina the next time our travel plans bring us to Helena!」

「The staff were mostly helpful and very nice, specially the receptionist in the afternoon and the last at the breakfast. The room is just fine but the room service was not even. Do not stay in room 210 because of the noise of washing machine or something in the middle of the night.」

「Budget rate and property reflects that. Dated rooms but were clean and tidy. I would stay again if looking for a low priced room. Was safe area and in downtown convenient location. Only trouble was noise from loud fan of AC / heating unit and I’m a light sleeper. Couldn’t adjust fan to low speed when in heating mode. Ear plugs worked to allow sleep. 」

「Hottub and pool weren’t working due to burst pipe and it would have been nice to have received a discount on the room which didn’t happen but the size of the room was nice」

「I have 5 kids 4 of which are in travel sports, my husband travels for work, we both are also world travelers and I have never had anything stolen from my suitcase until now. The crazy thing is something told me in my head to take pictures of my suitcase’s belongings and I pushed it to the side, I’ve should have went with my gut! We were gone most of the day for a volleyball tournament, during that time my $200 Veja shoes were stolen from underneath my laundry bag. The housekeeper says she didn’t...
