Actually it was so bad we went to a different hotel. Puddles of water on floor, supposedly for leaking air conditioner. It was a dive. Should be deleted from your listing.

Ac worked okay, but weeds, cracked and unswept sidewalks, over flowing trash bins. Overall unclean appearance to building. Inside room… lumpy floor? Appeared dark and unclean. Black mold on bathrm wall but shower and sink were clean. Bed was swayed in middle But ok for one person. Sheets were clean. Won't stay again.

The room was old, but very clean. It does need to TLC, there was a big crack through the floor, the overhead light did not work, the fan in the bathroom did not have a cover and was dusty.

Book hotel based on images pictured on Expedia. When we arrived at hotel property It was not well maintained disheveled curtains were visible, Area near and adjacent to hotel looked very questionable. We did not feel our car or we would be secure. We turned around never got out of our car or went into hotel lobby

Accomodation was very dirty, trash on the fllor, heavy stains on the carpet, as paer my booking Breakfadt was included, but at the counter i asked there is no continental BF. First night my wife had to sleep in the car and we dod not sy for the second night just checked to get a better place. Very uncomfortable place to stay after a long drive from vegas.

When we arrived, I tried running my card to pay and they said that I did not pay, even though I literally had the money on the card. I called my bank and they confirmed that the funds were pending and out. Receptionist insisted it was not paid and said that if we wanted to stay, we could pay cash for one night and the rest will go through the next day. He had made it a point to say, "you're safe, you don't have to worry, you drove so long" making us uncomfortable. We decided to leave to get other accommodations. I did get the hold from the hotel off and get my money back. Still not sure how much I would want to go back as I didn't feel safe in the area, and it looked different from the photos.

Obviously, long-term rentals, and the associated problems with that. Woken up constantly overnight by people, walking past the window, talking, swearing, and being obnoxiously loud. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. The room stank like stale cigarettes like an old smoked in pub, the bathroom floor has a stain of something right in front of the toilet, and the carpet which was very old had multiple stains throughout. Again, it was not a good experience and I highly recommend avoiding this one.

The room were given had a broken door that anyone could have easily gotten in to. We complained to the manager who told us another room was not available and that we’d have to call Expedia for a refund. While one of us was messaging with Expedia, another person in our party called to make reservations an hour away as it was late and the town was booked up. Then Expedia called the hotel and the manager said a room was now available. So now neither party wants to refund our money. The worst situation!! Don’t ever book here.

Property rough. No clean rooms available due to lack of cleaning staff, line at front desk at 4pm, gal didn't know when rooms might be able to be ready. Felt badly for her, not her fault. I left.

Please stay away from this property. I've filed a report with the health department on how gross this place was. Between things being broken (door lock, TV, towel racks) to filthy trash can, stains, including blood or ketchup, nicotine buildup from smokers, beds being completely stained and disgusting, microwave covered in stickers and burns from a lighter (most likely) to entire property covered in trash, used diapers in the walk paths, trash cans fir long stay rooms overfilled and trash falling out including but not limited to chicken trays with chicken blood still dripping from package, to literally trash every where. Expedia needs to remove this property immediately. So much more but you get the point

Check in time was at 3 and everyone was being turned away from their reserved rooms bc they were still not cleaned. After waiting three hours, they gave me a different room. Staff was kind but this is hands down the worst and loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. When we went to our room the walkways were "clean" but by morning there was puke in two places on the upper level. I suppose for the price it was manageable but definitely a dive.

The TV did not work, and no effort was made to get it working. Guests in adjacent room were loud and racous. Their TV was on the entire night, making it hard for us to sleep
