マンハッタンのアパートスタイルホテル

「Chicago経由でボーズマンに入り、レンタカーを借りて23時近くにホテルに到着。ホテルには鍵がかかっていて入れず。入り口に張り紙があり、緊急連絡先が書いてあったので電話をしたが人を送ると言われたが、30分しても誰も来ず。再度電話すると別の女性が対応。エントランス開錠のための暗証番号、私の部屋番号、部屋のキーの保管場所と取り出し方を電話で説明してくれた。どれも簡単ではなく、大いに苦労しました。」

「This is what it looks like when a hotel stops trying. Honestly, I'm not a negative person and I never leave reviews. But the pool was closed the whole time, there were carpet stains EVERYWHERE, the front desk staff were like zombies staring at their phones, and the continental breakfast was... borderline inedible. Again, this comes from someone who ALWAYS eats the hotel breakfast and never complains.」
