「Communication was great from the initial booking. Spacious, clean, and very private. Great accommodations and up to date appliances/furniture. Canoe is a lovely addition that we took pretty far down the river to explore. Would absolutely return and recommend to others!」

「Our stay was more amazing than expected! The house is BEAUTIFUL! The management was super easy and quick to get back to us! We will definitely be back! 」

「We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. 」

Staying at this historic property added so much charm to our vacation which included Jamestown and Williamsburg. We enjoyed taking the ferry each day and found this property to be in a great location. 」

「Quiet,have the whole plece to myself. I feel safe since I am in a yard in someone's home. Light's come on when there is movement around the home.The RV is clean,spacious. It is nice and cool since it's pretty hot outside. Great shower,water stays warm. There wasn't any cooking supplies or pots/pans. The oven/stove is not turned on but the microwave and refrigerator are working well.」

「We took our twin daughters up for a few days to have fun at Busch Gardens. This house was perfect for everything that we wanted! The girls each took a friend, so the 4 girls took over the bedrooms upstairs. We mostly ate at the house & the fully was more stocked than I expected!I don’t even know if I can list any constructive criticism. I was a perfect 3 night get away 」

「This house was perfect for our family reunion. We had ages ranging from older adults to six years old and everyone commented about how they loved this house. The owners are very communicative and set up the sleeping arrangements perfectly. It’s ideally situated to do all the fun things around and we would definitely stay here again! 」
