"Room was clean and efficient in size. The window over the street with the air conditioner let the smell of pot in, and the lobby smelled pretty consistently of pot… but so do the streets of NYC these days. It’s a convenient location with an easy walk to Time Square."

"This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Times Square and is a great base to travel to different areas of New York with loads of metro connections. But that also means it is not the quietest one as there is always something going on outside. The rooms are pretty spacious, the Wi-Fi works fast and there is lovely, helpful staff at the front desk. We had an issue with the room on the first night (loud pipes) which then was sorted the next day by lovely Kezia. She was very apologetic and was absolute star and offered to move us to a different room. Since then we had absolutely no problems. She also kindly put small extras in our room which made our stay that much lovely."

"We came during Thanksgiving, and the staff were completely overwhelmed. Long waits to talk to anyone, and when you did reach them the staff was understandably tired and surly. The location is ideal, but perhaps try them when it’s not so busy. "
