Horrible hotel. Staff was rude when I complained about the fact that my room was 78 degrees and felt like an oven when I got in. Great location for Broadway shows! Everything was very walkable. The staff was lovely. Definitely could use AC, but the windows do open which made it doable.

nice places
Definitely didn't feel like the safest area, but was never mugged or got hurt so, that's good.
It was extremely convenient to be near JFK, but the stores or shops are about a 10-15 drive.
Didn’t get out. Ordered food from a Jamaican chicken restaurant that was fabulous.
I like it because it was not too far from the airport it was convenience for me
