From the comfort of your patio, you can breathe in the calm of this gated Palm Valley retreat, where every space invites you to slow down and reconnect. Whether you’re sipping coffee before a day of exploring or unwinding after sunset, this peaceful escape surrounds you with warmth and tranquility.

Sleeping arrangements
With space for up to six guests, the condo offers three king bedrooms designed for privacy and relaxation. The main-level primary suite features a walk-in shower and soaking tub, while the two upstairs bedrooms include ensuite baths. One opens to a private balcony, creating a serene spot to greet the day or stargaze at night.

Living areas
Spread across more than 2,500 square feet, the open living area is both inviting and functional. A flat-screen HDTV and game table encourage cozy evenings inside, while soft lighting and comfortable seating make it easy to unwind after time by the pool or lake. The dedicated workspace ensures you can stay productive while still enjoying a serene environment.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a double oven. You’ll find everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals before gathering around the dining table, which opens to the patio for an easy flow between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation.

Outdoor living
Step onto the patio overlooking a tranquil pond, or take a leisurely walk along paths that lead to lake access. The community pool offers a refreshing space to spend a mild Florida afternoon, surrounded by greenery and soft breezes.

Essentials & amenities
Stay comfortable with air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and all the essentials, including washer, dryer, towels, and bed linens. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make remote work simple, while safety features such as a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit offer peace of mind. The condo provides two free parking spaces and self check-in via keypad for an effortless arrival.

Pieces of the ceiling in the den near the master bedroom were falling on to the sofa. The ceiling was wet and flaky. Three photos of the ceiling are attached to this review.
