"The rooms were nice and the onsen was fantastic. The view from the rooms can’t be beat. We were however a little disappointed with the housekeeping services and the comfort of the bed. I would’ve expected used mugs be replaced or cleaned, and more than once dirty towels and trash next to the bin were left in the room. As well, the underside of the toilet seat was visibly soiled."
