"Smart room in pretty standard London townhouse, when you look beyond the marketing. Nice area. Was in Room 001 which is adjacent to front doors / noisy. For all the tech gimmicks I couldn't enter room initially for first 15 mins until seeking remote help. Resolved quickly. Good stay but average for the price. "

"Nice sized rooms. Convenient location. Some good restaurants nearby. A few things are dated in room, but I opt for space and size and can deal with older carpets. "

"Although small the room was ok for a one night stay in London, very clean, coffee machine, comfy bed and en-suite shower.
Staff were very friendly and kindly looked after my bag after check out until the evening.
Ideally suited for travelling in and out of Paddington Station.
Thank you very much "
"The hotel is and also looks luxurious. The view from the room was absolutely stunning and the staff were really kind and helpful. Spotless place, enough lifts, just amazing! "
"
Everything was good, except for no availability of amenity goods. I should have checked in advance and brought a toothbrush and a sleeping wear, at least. A phone line to the front desk wasn't there, either, and I wonder if I could do better if I walked down to the desk."
