Classic "tiny room in a major city near a train station" hotel. No real complaints, other than the shower cubicle being particularly small. Good WiFi and our room had a counter/desk along the wall that one person could sit at to use a laptop, which isn't always a given in rooms this small. Would stay here again, especially for a flight out of Heathrow (it's about a ten minute walk to Paddington on wide-for-London sidewalks so not too bad with roller bags, and only about 25 minutes from there on the Elizabeth Line).
