"This is a beautiful hotel, but what defines it is its service. Like anything of good quality in this world it comes down to care and attention, and The Gore does this very well. Thank you to your reception team, night manager, bar staff, restaurant manager in the morning and hotel manager, each of you made this stay... exceptional."

"Karla on reception found us a room for early check in so we could go out, room nice and clean, complimentary chocolate, biscuits, coffee and refillable water bottle with dispensers in corridors. Great location for Theatre and market, nice breakfast and would recommend for a short stay."

"Brit’s Earls Court was great. We got the regular double room which is fine for two people if you don’t plan to stay in the room all day. It’s not very spacious if you’re bringing large suitcases but as long as you’re organized, it’s doable. The shower is also small. The shower functions as a function should - clean yourself and hop out. The rooms are clean! Room service comes in everyday to tidy up. Be sure to ask for extra toilet paper. They provide hand and bath towels but no wash cloths. This is normal so be sure to bring your own. Brit’s provides water, coffee, and hot chocolate free of charge. The TV shows regular British tv but you can chromecast to watch any shows you’d regular watch while home. The concierge is also nice! Great attitudes, helpful and around 24 hours. It’s a safe area close to the Earl’s court station and close enough to walk to Kensington Palace qnd Kensington High Road with all the shopping. There are plenty of restaurants near - our favorite was Masala Zone and Kappa. We frequented Sainsbury, grocery, way too much. Last but least, there is a small fridge in the room and a microwave available onsite which is great if you want to have snacks and enjoy food while in your room. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel was nice. What made it memorable was the staff. Specifically, Tanvi, Janice, Lanita and Dhanvi. The entire front desk staff went out of their way to make sure we were cared for and welcomed- every day.
