"This was one of the best holidays I can remember and a big part of it was because of the hotel. The housekeeping staff, the front desk personnel and the bellhops and doormen were superb. The staff in the breakfast room and the staff in the bar were ideal. Special shout out to Sami in the bar for making me feel at home. I can’t wait until next year when I will stay at The Millenium again."

"I enjoyed the continental breakfast. It had ham, salami, cheese & some salad stuff. There was a variety of fresh rolls and pastries as well as cereals and fruit. I slept well here. I find it convenient that we can open the windows a bit to let in fresh air. Spacious bathroom with bath tub. I arrived at hotel at 8.15 am after a 14-hour flight. I was impressed that the reception staff let me check in immediately. It helped me so much! I love the location of this hotel too. "

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. However our room was not great. We walked into our original room and immediately walked back out due to an overpowering musty / dank smell. Reception did then allocate us another room, the smell was slightly less however still very noticeable. Toilet seat was cracked, carpet threadbare in places, grouting in the bathroom floor tiles was crumbling. Hotel did have good reviews so other floors may have been better as there is currently renovations work ongoing, but mezzanine floor definitely needs freshening up next."

"The double bed room assigned was smaller than I expected. I guess I could have made a mistake by not using a queen size room. The sink was a little bit clogged so water didn’t run through quickly so I had to wait in between usage. Toilet paper roll always jumped off from the rack, which was annoying."
