「Very good located 」

「Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, and the apartment was good. The smell of cigarette smoke was the immediate first impression, but thankfully, that dissipated pretty quickly, with some open windows. We used the fold-out couch and could not find the pillows the first night. We later discovered that they were hidden underneath the coach. FAQs, in English and Italian, would be a welcome addition. 「This apartment spoils you for any other apartment. We are currently in Florence staying in a more expensive apartment in a area which is not as nice as Marco's apartment.
