This place was awesome. Great location with a ton of delicious restaurants nearby. A/C was very reliable in the room and the bathroom was more spacious than expected. Overall super happy to have stayed here, would stay again.

The property itself is okay and is livable. We did notice left coffee mugs, unused soft drinks etc left on the tables in front of the property which is not a good thing. Internet never worked and there is no any physical/person contact number to reach out. The hot water appliance did not work. There is no power plugs to connect coffee maker/hot water appliance. There is no front desk or any physical contact number of the management to interact with. The software offered by Wonderful Italy is glitchy and is not user friendly to fix issues. One need to be tech savvy to understand technical terms, update the details correctly, first time itself. It is not possible to change/correct details after typing along with payment information. One also need to know how to open and change the combination keys etc.,

Good neighborhood and a decent room. Air conditioning did not work for 2/3 of our nights, and on the third it worked to get our apartment not hot but not cool, then died overnight and it got hot again. Also just be aware this is not a typical hotel, it’s more like an apartment with a few rooms rented. There is no reception but there is a small common area, and a few signs about keeping quiet for the residents.
