"The Cottar is a cute, quirky and relaxing place to stay. The view is out of this world and the area is very quiet. There is a Co op and petrol station only 8 minutes away. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and a package of Scottish Fudge. Eoin our host was lovely and we were able to meet him during our stay. We had some troubles with app communication, but email worked very well."

"My husband, two friends, and I stayed 3 nights in early September. The house was comfortable and well stocked. Unfortunately, the overwhelming musty smell from the only communal bathroom with a shower was a huge issue. The host picked up immediately when I called, and told us to run the taps for 10 minutes and that should help.
