9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,213 reviews)
Room wasn’t ready when I arrived. Offered a free drink at the bar whilst the room was being prepared, but no one came to tell me when it was ready. Was able to check in after about an hour. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,347 reviews)
Friendly arrival when we arrived. Room was comfortable, with plenty of space to get spread out.
Breakfast was good, but limited. Same choice each day. Needs a better variety.
Location was good. A 20ish minute walk from the bus station, and similar to the Hydro.
Overall value was decent.

Hotel was centrally located rooms were modern with great facilities. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your Glasgow stay.
