「I have to say it was an excellent stay. Whilst it isn’t the Ritz, so don’t expect that, it was very solid and met the needs of a good base to access the slopes. Warm, big rooms, comfortable beds and adequate food. Remember, you get what you pay for - I’d stay here again. 」
「A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots).
Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly.
Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.」

「Bina girişinde otel ile ilgisi olmayan ve ingilizce bilmeyen bir kişi vardı. Resevasyonumuz konusunda hiç bilgisi yoktu. Başka birini çağırdı. O kisi telefonla birileri ile görüştü sonra bize odayı gösterdiler. Yagmurlu soğuk bir gunde uzun bir yolculuktan sonra biraz bekletildik ve endişe duyduk. Odaya yerleştikten sonra rahat bir konaklama oldu. Şehir merkezine uzak anayol kenarinda. 」
