"It was located in a decent area that was quiet and convenient to where we needed to go! Although there was only one hot tub that the jets worked on it was still a good pool. Only let down was not being able to have a continental breakfast which is usually in Holiday Inns we stay at. Staff was pleasant, helpful, and made the stay comfortable! Would stay again if we decided to be off Disney property next time too!"

"Housekeeping Staff was excellent. She saw a problem and reported it. The clogged drain was corrected within hours. The breakfast crew was excellent. Food was always fresh and it never ran out. Halfway through my stay I found the charging stations for my USB devices. The desk staff was not able to point me out n the right direction so As I was checking out Kimberly pointed me to the location of the ATM. Someone the day before sent me to one of the adjacent properties. "

"My family and I went down to Orlando, Florida for Father's Day weekend. This was the first time we were staying at Buena Vista Suites hotel. We loved the experience staying at this hotel. The room was very spacious. We had the king, Deluxe suite. The breakfast was great, nice variety. It would be nice if they had more options with the meat, since they tend to serve sausages, it would be nice to have some bacon on 1 or 2 of those mornings. But other than that, the breakfast was great. Had hot breakfast every morning. The staff was very attentive. The place was clean. They do check-in at the entrance of the breakfast area to make sure that all the guests are accounted for. I liked that. Overall, beautiful hotel, great location, close to restaurants and shopping areas. If you're going to Disney, they have a shuttle bus that will take you to Disney and other attractions. They also have a pizzeria downstairs in the lobby area. We tried the pizza ans it was made so nice and fresh. We loved it. They have an outside pool and jacuzzi which was also great. CONS: We had some issues with Wi-Fi. My kids could not connect to their tablet and laptop...we could connect on the phones and sometimes we have to log out of the network and log back in, so we didn't like that at all. Also, it would be nice for them to get more TV channels or the channels should show you what program you're watching. Overall experience 9.5/10.We will definitely be staying here again whenever we visit Orlando."
