The space
Step into this spacious 3000sqft remodeled historic residence boasting 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. With a king, queen, two twins (bunk beds) – all equipped with brand new foam mattresses – everyone is ensured a restful sleep. The fully renovated bathroom features a large shower with filtered water, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The kitchen has everything you'll need from the basics, as well as an air fryer, wine glasses, baking dishes and pans, and a full rack of spices to choose from! Whether you're cooking for the whole family or just you, this kitchen will suit every need for you and your guests. You will be able to seat up to 8 guests at the dinning room table for a family feast.
We offer private parking in the back for one car and a fenced in yard with a deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. There is also plenty of free street parking in the front of the home if you prefer to park there.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home which is one half of a duplex. They will have access to everything in the home as well as the back yard and one parking space in the rear. Guests will have a code that works for the front and back door that starts working at check-in and stops working at check-out.
