The whole concept is awesome. Feels like you are staying in a train station, but clean, with the train car rooms running down both sides of the hotel. Both myself and my daughter loved it and wished we knew about the train car rooms. Probably would have requested one. Also, the pillows are the best I have had at a hotel in a long time.

Advance notice of the road closure and how to get to the property. We had to park .5 miles away and drag our stuff with us. Advance notice of the TRAIN that runs noisily behind the hotel. The room shook several times in the night. The toilet needs attention (stains). The furnace filter needs replaced. Thick layer of dust. Minimal amenities for what I thought was a nicer property in your portfolio. Overall, underwhelmed.
