「チェックイン時に、「部屋が出来次第携帯電話にテキストを送る」と言われたのに全く連絡がなかった。過去に10回ほど宿泊しているが、サービスが低下している気がする。 ビーチスタッフやルーフトップのスタッフ、そして毎回笑顔で迎えてくれるドアのスタッフ、ハウスカーのドライバーは全員素晴らしいが、フロントサービスを改善する必要を感じる。 部屋は電源アウトレットやUSBから充電できる箇所がたくさんあり、非常に良い。 プールには日焼け止めやデトックスウォーターのサーバーがあり非常に良い。」

「オーシャンビューとして予約したが、実際にはパーシャルオーシャンビューの部屋だったのが残念。それ以外の点はスパも朝食もレベルは高く満足できた。」

「Room was spacious with nice ocean view, very clean but very noisy from construction and road traffic. Being where it’s located it makes it a busy area with lots of noise. Had to sleep with earplugs. Staff were great and friendly. Pool is nice. Food is great. Spa is not easy to find somehow you need to take an elevator from the gym and it’s not well indicated. Had a hard time finding the yoga terrace located at the spa. Yoga was great except for the noise level. Again the terrace is located by...
