This room is extremely clean and I love the decor. Check in with super easy. Nobu restaurant is always amazing. Staff was very friendly and cordial and very accommodating. But I have to admit I wasnā€™t too excited about the food at the pool and at the ocean social I feel that it lacked flavor. Everything just needed to touch more salt that was it. But aside from that hundred percent recommend this hotel.

Nobu was amazing, the staff at the pool knew the weather and possible weather tropical weather would bombard but then up and ready to replenish towels etc. I just love the beach, the restaurant and the way the bracelet made everything so easy.

The room was very clean, but for a penthouse floor I expected smarter amenities: no bedside outlets, no bathroom hooks, and only one mirror located in the bathroom. The room was clean and housekeeping service was done excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were over priced.Beach was perfect, but staff basically asked us to leave at 5 pm on a beautiful afternoonā€¦terrible!! Balcony was cement and you could not see the ocean unless standing close to the cement rail. Overall, a nice stay dampened by some inconveniences one would not expect at a 5 star resort.

NOBU HOTEL MIAMI is a 5 start luxury resort with incredible amenities, world class service and outstanding attention to detail. The front of house is impeccable and manager Sheldon is accommodating, professional, and on point. Richard at the front desk is absolutely amazing, so courteous, respectful, sweet and knowledgeable. The bell hop crew is kind, accommodating, and swift. In the Spa, Gail Roth is a class act and fashion stylist with an innate sense of everything style and beauty. Her wonderful demeanor, white glove service and inspirational approach make the shopping experience out of this world. The entire team at NOBU HOTEL MIAMI made me feel like a movie star!

Although it was unobstructed views to a certain degree , I did not like that. I could see the billings on the left and right me. The picture showed that I would have complete unobstructed views so that I didnā€™t like.

Service by the social club staff is excellent. Service at the reception bar is excellent by some staff and average by others. Pool for Nobu guests no enough shades. Overall good.
