Illinois Beach State Park

Overall the location of this property was excellent for exploring the city. The room was well maintained. My only complaints are: I didn’t get the extra towels I requested for my room. No biggie, there was quite a few people staying there so I’m sure they just didn’t have any spare. My other issue, while waiting in the lobby for the elevator with my daughter and husband, a staff member came out of the elevator and apparently I was blocking the staff door. Instead of saying excuse me she just yelled at me to “Move!” In a rude manner. Otherwise I had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend Homewood suites to anyone who wants a good place to stay!

Clean rooms, excellent service from staff and excellent location, nearby to main attractions.
