「We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was great. Except the food. The bbq restaurant in the hotel food was so bad that I didn't even give the leftoversto our dog.. I dont even think it legally qualifies as food. Now the in house breakfast had positive reviews online. Its actually the reason we chose this place. Not only did nothing on the breakfast buffet change during our 7 night stay. It wasn't good either. I dont know who they have working the microwave in back. But they suck at their job....

「The hotel is in an amazing location. The beach is beautiful and clean and quiet. I was here during the off season and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The room was exactly as expected, clean, stocked, and quiet. The staff was kind and so easy checking in and out. I was able to check in hours earlier and there was no issues or extra fees. There is no gym or pool available. They do charge for Coffee and snacks in the lobby but there's always some snacks there if you're hungry. They have...

「This place is awesome. If you want a fantastic night sleep, This is your place. The bed was so comfortable!!! I actually slept so peacefully!!! Amazing everything!!」

「There were a couple of cleaning issues but overall the place was cute and as described. The host was very nice. I grew up in the area and was back to visit, so was very familiar with where all the stores, restaurants etc were. It’s a central location to many things a short drive away. Car necessary as nothing within walking distance. It’s a residential neighborhood.」

Later, several teammates stopped by to visit. Before allowing anyone over, we reviewed the listing and saw that parties and events, including family gatherings, were allowed with a maximum of 30 attendees. Based on that, we believed we were following the property’s stated rules.Shortly afterward, the host began sending messages accusing us of...

「チェックイン時の対応も良かったし、全て良かったです。」

「They changed their breakfast options now. It's not cooked on site like it used to be from what I was told. You'll have plenty of options near by though. It doesn't take away from how glamorous the place is!」

「Everything was good and pleasant」

「The staff was super friendly」

「This is our 2nd stay at the spring hill suites in Kenosha and we have been super satisfied both times! The management and the staff are all wonderful .. attentive .. gracious and willing to go above and beyond for their guests! Hotel is spotless.. breakfast area always clean and filled! This trip we met Mickey at the front desk reception area and she greeted us every day with a smile and a wonderful warm personality! We will definitely be back for another stay!」

「A very good place to stay, no complaints.」
