「Good」

「Breakfast was free and good, staff were helpful and the stay was great」

「Great!」

「The hotel and staff fulfilled their obligations」

「Definitely not what I expected from Gurnee, no amenities what so ever and room was dusty and old, black stains on the sofa.」

「I do like to say I liked it better when Holiday Inn was there because of the continental breakfast they made with the bacon, eggs , sausage, turkey bacon, hash browns fruits and it was great and free」

「This is our 2nd stay at the spring hill suites in Kenosha and we have been super satisfied both times! The management and the staff are all wonderful .. attentive .. gracious and willing to go above and beyond for their guests! Hotel is spotless.. breakfast area always clean and filled! This trip we met Mickey at the front desk reception area and she greeted us every day with a smile and a wonderful warm personality! We will definitely be back for another stay!」

「We loved the location. You can walk to Walmart, Starbucks, dennys and many more locations. We will be back!」

「Very clean and comfortable hotel! I’ll choose this hotel next time.」

「Loved this hotel! Very comfortable bed! The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts that I’ve ever had! If I’m being picky I’d say the gym was lacking but honestly overall thought this hotel was great!」

「チェックイン時の対応も良かったし、全て良かったです。」

「Great rooms at a decent price! Perfect for solo/business travelers or couples,」

「I would have given it 5 stars, but I reserve my 5 stars for beyond normal excellence. :) I would definitely stay here again though.」
