「Room was spotless and cleaned everyday by lovely staff. Breakfast was great everyday (but on the last day had to pre-order which was strange). Excellent location Shared terrace with brilliant views, and the opportunity to meet up with the other guests for drinks.(bring your own) Bar and cafe not open which was unexpected.」

「There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see.」

「Our stay here was excellent and we felt well taken care of throughout the stay. We were greeted with a glass of Cava on arrival, booked the standard double but received a large corner room with two balconies and a lovely view of the hills and Teide. 「100% recommendation!!! Smaller hotel. Location in the middle of the older part of Puerto de la Cruz. Close/walking distance to everything. Nice and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Only (little) lowlight: WiFi - in my room - could be a bit better.」
