"I have stayed in Los Gigantes in apartments many times over 10 years and never written a negative review on any of them. There may have been some issues, but helpful owners/ agents always sorted them. This Apartment looks great in the photos and should be an excellent venue. It is let down by the following: 1. "The property is on the 3rd floor (no lift) right on the seafront. Just a pedestrian promenade separates the property from the shoreline. The views from the balcony, the sound of the sea are incredible. Also, it is wonderfully peaceful despite being a 2 minute walk from the main square and a terrific swimming location. However the check-in process was appalling and we had actually booked a hotel close by as we were initially unable to get into the flat. It took an hour on a Thursday evening...

"The property is very comfortable we enjoyed our stay.Whilst it was not a problem for us we feel that less able bodied people would most likely have a problem with the location up the steep hill. I do not know how many English people stay in the property but there is no property notes or instructions for any appliance in English. We would definitely stay here again"
