"The location that was put in the map is not where the hotel is, I had to travel for 3 hours from where they showed it was located to where it actually was because of the distances and traffic which was the reason why I was looking to book a hotel close to the airport. I called hotels.com to complain about it and they couldn’t not help me, Which I found disappointed! "When I arrived the staff were rude and unhelpful and there were maintenance issues when I mentioned them the staff were unhelpful and rude. It was that bad a stay I cancelled the further booking I had at this hotel."

"It was just okay. The breakfast was hit and miss and was cold a lot of times. A number of the staff members were quite moody, especially the check in staff. The male porters were quite lovely though. The water in my room was never hot but manageable as Luke warm. Overall, my stay was okay. I had booked 5 days initially with the intention on booking a further week if I liked it. I ended up checking out as planned, and went to another hotel. "

That said, the staff responded promptly and resolved the issues quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay again."

I'll definitely be back."
