"Staff unfriendly, No English at all. The center air conditions in my room was no cold air comes out. A small portable air conditioner with very little cold air. The room was very hot . Not even little coffee for me to drink in the morning. I think their cup in the room never been washed, I used their cup to drink water in the morning, I had stomach pain and diarrhea in the noon time. Etc. I would never live there again. "

"急遽当日に予約入れさせて頂きました。スタッフも皆さん丁寧で、お部屋も和洋室になっており、家族4人でお世話になりました。プールには子供も大喜びでした。食事をするところが少ないですが、スタッフに教えて頂いたところで美味しい晩御飯を取ることができました。ありがとうございました。お部屋も空調がしっかり効いており、快適でした。もし宮津方面に来る時があれば、またお世話になりたいと思えるところでした。本当にありがとうございました。"

It's close to the town, which has good izakaya and other options if you're not on a meal plan. There is also a Lawson close-by. "Beautiful old fashioned onsen hotel with its own bath and private baths on level 6 for hire. Both breakfast and dinner Kaiseki were wonderful and very yummy! Easy walk to the other onsens in town and beautiful view along the river too. The hotel also offers shuttle service to and back from the train JR station although it is also within walking distance. Would definitely stay again! "

"The room was large and the interior was very cozy and modern. It comes with an outdoor shower with a hot tub. This is a small inn/ ryokan but the owners are very pleasant and hospitable. They even drove me back to the train station because of my big luggage. The location is excellent, next to the canal and very convenient to the onsens. I plan to come back. "
