"It was January when we visited. It was the start of the Spring Season, staffing at pool restaurant was poor. One waiter walked on the job as soon as they took our order. Having worked the hospitality industry for 30 years, one understands the problems and just rolls with it. However, management was too busy wearing their egos and failed to step up and help which was sad. The pool guys have a system that rocks, Good job pool team!"

"Close to inlet water, pool, hot tub, breakfast, easy access to building very nice to have quiet times established. The one negative seemed there were several “locals” coming And going as they pleased in the pool and hot tub after dark which didn’t allow for some private time for registered adults "

"We booked at last minute and hoped for the best! So happy we did from the minute we met Steve at the front desk. We knew we made the right choice! He was knowledgeable, friendly and commtited to making our stay memorable. The property was clean with easy access to the pool and ocean front. The view was peaceful over looking the ocean with a beautiful sunrise. Highly recommend. We will be back!"

"Our vacation stay at this property was nothing less than amazing. The home was beautiful, impressive, and very well stocked. Private beachfront property with stunning views and a scenic walkway through the mangroves that led out to the intercoastal dock where we watched the dolphins every day. Detailed pictures of the home do a pretty good job of featuring the layout, but we were most impressed by the service we received. I’ve rented many other properties from VRBO, and I’ve never had a bad experience, but I have to say Al and his team really set a new standard for customer service. So much thought was put into every detail. From the welcome basket we received, to the robes, slippers, beach towels, coffee, tea, creamers, jellies, and all of the countless beach toys that were made available…. fishing poles, kayaks…. everything. Al even provided us with a phone charger since I managed to leave mine at home. I messaged him when I was two hours away from the property and the charging cord was delivered to the house before we even arrived. After surveying the area, I was a bit concerned about getting my father out to the dock because he cannot walk very long distances. After a quick search, I found a wheelchair in the garage! Again, amazing attention to detail. Please do not hesitate if you are thinking about renting this home. It was a perfect experience, and an excellent value!"

"Beautiful place to stat"

"This place generally exceeded our expectations. Great kitchen and living room, spacious bedrooms and everything well appointed and recently remodeled. Internet and TV service excellent. Appliances top-notch, along with dishes/cookware, etc. A couple of small dings but in no way would I not recommend you stay here: 1. Tile floors looked fine and clean but our clean feet soon looked dirty after a couple hours of padding around the house. I think it just needs one deep clean to solve this. 2. I would upgrade the sleeping pillows. 3. Small nit, but the main bath shower caddy prevents you from opening the shower door inward which then makes it hard to reach the towels off the towel rack. 4. The instructions on using the front door electronic lock could be improved. Arriving at night and fumbling with the code was a bit frustrating. Would definitely book again if I return to the area. Visit Yaowarat Asian Kitchen for terrific Thai food plus sushi, and get Chiu as your waiter for a fun time (great outdoor seating, too!)."

"This property was perfect for our group and our needs. Kitchen well stocked with appliances…Keurig & regular coffee maker was awesome!! Outdoor space and view was truly awesome! Buggy at nite. .bring bug spray. Parking was tight but overall great place!!"
