ハンターズ パーク ホテル

「I like the valet parking, the helpful staff, the excellent on-site restaurant, and the historic feel of stepping back in time.」

「This is a great place to stay that is right on the water. Loved the hot tub, fire pits, view of the lake. They have a great breakfast too.」

「The hotel lobby is beautiful, our room was ok, the wood on the bathroom door on the bottom was peeled and chipped away. Unfortunately, we had drain flies in our room that were also very annoying. We did have to ask for additional towels as they only supplied enough for a one night stay, and you don’t get your room serviced unless you stay longer than 3 nights.」

「Beautiful lake view. Great staff who sent a complimentary bottle of wine for our 50th anniversary. Breakfast options are great. Perfect distance to walk to so many shops and restaurants.」

「The bathroom in our room was filthy! There were visible short and curly dark hairs in and around our shower, along with a pile of dirt/debris. The soap shelf was dirty. Their was visible dust on the alarm clock and lamp(s) and visible dirt on the tile entryway and debris on the carpet; making it obvious that they didn’t vacuum, sweep or dust. I went down to the front desk to let them know and Tim the desk clerk was mortified and offered us another room right next door. I went to check out that...

「I stayed with my family and found the room really nice, spacious, fully equipped. My wifed liked being able to cook in the kitchen. We went to Cub store in the neighborhood (actually it only take a few minutes on foot from the hotel.) and got some grocery, cooked in the room. Very comfortable stay.」

「Wonderful experience. This was our third stay at South Pier Inn. We're hopelessly attached to the liftbridge, the lake views and the easy walk over the canel--not to mention the stunning evening-lit skyscape of the city!」

「Great job making the ADA roll-in shower room really work for a power wheelchair user - room 102. Next step, make beds patient lift friendly (no platform so clearance under the bed allows lift to roll under bed).」
