There were a couple of issues including the tv not working which we informed the staff about the morning after the 1st night stay but it wasn’t fixed and no one else spoke to us about it even if it was just to say sorry but they couldn’t resolve the issue. Also the room door wouldn’t shut correctly without slamming it which meant we couldn’t enter leave without disturbing others around us."
