The first two times we stayed here the rooms were so nice. Evidently some rooms have not been updated. Unfortunately, we stayed in one of those our third stay. Bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom very outdated. I will not stay again in one of these rooms. This is sad for such a nice hotel.

Crowne Plaza Houston Galleria Area by IHG
The room was clean. It felt updated. The hallways were hot. The demographic of the other guests was mixed but we did feel unsafe a few times in the parking lot due to the other guests being a little rowdy.

While at the bar, I was given free snacks. Got a slice of delicious chocolate cake at our room for my mother's birthday. We enjoyed the tranquility of the garden pool all day Sunday.
