"A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly. The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. The projection with games was a hit with the older kids & the baby loved having her own space on the couch. And the bathroom was amazing. So glad we picked this place for our 1st leg of the Kyushu trip. "

"It was my first time checking into a hotel without staff on site. The hotel will send you an email with an entry code to get into the lobby. Once inside, there's a tablet you use to check in. After you snap a photo of your passport, you get connected to the hotel staff via video call to verify your identity. Then you will get your room code on the screen. Take a picture of your room code with your phone. The hotel is very roomy and very close to the station. "

"This was an absolutely amazing experience! We stayed at D6. Beautiful, comfortable accommodations. Bathroom was so cute and nice! Woke up to a gorgeous sunrise and view of the water. "サウナを利用するなら絶対に宿泊で利用した方が満足度が高いです。サウナは最高でした。リピートします。 宿泊者の特典が少ないことが少し不満に感じました。 スタッフは慣れていない人が多いのか、バタバタしている印象でした。 受付カウンターでqrコードをスキャンして、利用説明の動画を2分観るように促されるが、事前に送られてくるメール等に添付して不明点を確認する方がスムーズになると思いました。 改善して欲しい点 •宿泊者はサウナ用のガウンなどは無料で使い放題にして欲しい •threeの商品は使い切りでアメニティを置くべきだと思う •サウナの利用時間も日帰り客と被らない時間から利用できるようにして欲しい •提携する施設のクーポンとかあれば客足も増加すると思う "
