"Our check in was not very smooth. Our first room was not acceptable. No chairs! We were moved to a second room that was very dirty with spackling on the bathroom floor with a ring in the tub. Holes in the wall with no lighting fixtures. Stain on bedspread made this room disgusting. The manager cane to our rescue the next day and found us a room that was acceptable. The manager went over and above to make sure we were happy. This hotel is in the middle of renovations and changes and rooms not ready for occupancy should not be rented. "

"Very bad experience! Hotel was not very clean looking. Carpet on hallway was wet & stinky. Breakfast tasted funny. No shampoo in room. Ice machine out of order. Could not get ice or watter. Pool was out of order. Old coffee was left in coffee machine. Internet service was very poor. Kept loseing signal. Jill the front lady was the only thing good about this hotel. She was very nice. Never Again!"

"Room was totally refurbished and brand new. Hotel is being done too. Construction noise was not an issue. Breakfast was okay. For the money we paid I’d come back"

"Unfortunately we never got to stay here. Due to the snowstorm coming in the Midwest our flight was diverted and we were never in the state. The hotel wouldn’t work with us or refund us at all. I’d give a negarive if could. "
