「A wonderful stay with all amenities catered for. A word of complaint, bath/shower facility should have non slip bath mat as climbing out of the bath over the rim it was easy to lose your footing of your remaining leg as you lurch forward. 😢 One suggestion, hand dryers in the WC facilities should ideally be with the latest technology high speed, pressure type. Maybe Dyson type or design. 😅
Otherwise a perfect stay with great food and services. Liked the complimentary quality tea and coffee...
「Me and my friend booked this place as it was quite close to where we shared a house as students 6 years ago and the charm was the same, for us it was a familiar and comfortable stay - the staff were lovely and helpful too, rooms were very nice and it was great value for the pricing.
If you don't mind a shared shower, toilets and kitchen area, definitely give it a go.
My one critique of the house was that the door locks were a little finicky, a few times me and a few other guests got stuck...
「Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Nice big pool for kids. The pub and grill restaurant downstairs did really tasty veg and fish options. Was a good location about 50 mins drive to durdle door and lulworth cove really worth seeing. 」

「This was our second visit. We were initially given a room in a bad location on the second floor. We had to walk a lot and go through hot corridors. When we refused the room, we were then given a nice one on the ground floor. It was in good condition, and we really appreciated it.」
「We booked a last minute getaway and we weren't disappointed. We stayed 2 years ago in October. The room was a small double - very comfortable withvrea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom was a bit cramped but lovely walk in shower. Highly was being on the ground floor opening on to the garden was perfect for our dog. He could sniff around in the gardens directly in front of our room freely but we kept an eye to ensure he didn't wander off. Dogs aren't allowed in public areas inside hotel but...
