"We arrived on Friday, May 22nd, at 4:00 PM, and the woman at the front desk was very unfriendly and rude; honestly, people like that shouldn't be working at a reception desk. In contrast, the woman who assisted us at checkout on Sunday was completely different, very helpful and nice."

"We checked in for two reserved nights and at the time of check in I asked if we could reserve the room for an extra night and check out on Monday instead of Sunday. I was told we could and that it was all set up. So Sunday we went about our morning as planned and much to my dismay I get a phone call shortly after noon asking why we had not removed our things and we did not request a late check out either. So I told the lady that we indeed did reserve the room for another night and we were told so when we checked in. She told me again that we had not and asked me who I checked in with like it was my fault they made a mistake and took no accountability what so ever for their error. We were over half an hour away and had to leave the event to go get our things. To say I was pissed off is an understatement. I do not recommend and will not come back to this property due to the unprofessional way this was handled."

"The place is nice and staff, just not enough parking to park drove about 30 min to find parking very frustrating . The pool is very small. Also we called front desk to see if we can use a microwave we were told no but that we can have one for 20.00 not customer care at all . Other than that it’s nice. I will stick to the location in Bradenton Beach."

"Beach view amazing, off site parking is better then on site. Bathroom door was horrible to close and just too big. Had ants but room was clean! It should be more staff walking around making sure guests are treating the pool right, to where it was just nasty with plastic cups and hair all in the pool"
