It was a friendly welcome by staff, a decent and comfortable room, and the location was great for the Aquarium and Olde Village. Very walkable and parking is convenient. Room was reasonably priced. We asked the front desk for assistance and they told us to just run the water. It did not help. We asked for other rooms, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate that. They did not do anything to assist, nor did they provide anything to comp us for the terrible smell on our floor and in our rooms, except give us an air freshener spray, but only when we...

「The entire lobby smelled like wèed the minute you walked into the building. Not a great first showing when i have 2 kids with me. The rooms were dirty, stuff left behind by other guests, hairballs on the floor, paint was peeling and chipping off the walls. The pool was ok but the hot tub had large boxes piled high on it as they were usijg it as a storage area instead. The 2 queen beds were clearly full sized not even close to a queen bed. In the middle of nowhere despite advertised as close...

「It was an interesting stay. They were hexagon buildings. The room had a bit of an odor but the beds were comfortable. The shuttle to the casinos was an old limo which was cool. Breakfast was basic, waffles, cereal, bagels & English muffins. The coffee was very good. All in all not a bad stay.」

「I was charged for an extra adult as an only traveler. I did get refunded when morning staff arrived. My first room had no remote control so when s t aff came to room to help look i found used condom wrappers behind the endtable. Second room ad remote but needed to be reset by maintenance. Shower had bar soap residue gooked to the shelf. Hairs stuck to walls of shower. No bugs. Linen clean. A/C worked. 」

「The room is small but clean. The bed were unconfutable when you toss your body, other person will be disturbed because of the noise and movement. Also don't expect too much for breakfast. It was just bagel, cereals, muffins and English muffins.」
