Owner is best in communication. I love the place where this property is located. Although, cleanliness in an issue. Coffeemaker was not cleaned. Oven was not cleaned. Dishes, you have to wash it again to have a peace that you are using a clean ones. Rice cooker, pots are not cleaned. I think it's time for the owner to invest for new plates, bowls, cups. Those corelle are great but lots of yellow stains that won't come out even if you wash it many times. Throw pillows, looks dirty. Do not trust to use it. Sofa bed was not made. Owner is great in communication, he only needs to make sure that his unit is properly cleaned and maintained every before check in.

Great location, lots of stores, dining options. 10 minutes walking to the beach. The only cons is that outside wall is thin, so it could be noisy.
