Enjoy the hotel’s pool, sundeck with BBQ area, snack machines, free ice machines, ATM, laundromat, and 24/7 lobby!



Please note that parking in the building is $40/night, and spaces are limited, so availability cannot be guaranteed.

Only one elevator will be in service at a time, which may cause longer wait times. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as the building enhances its facilities.



PARKING:

Please be aware that our unit is privately owned, and parking is limited, with priority given to hotel guests. Upon your arrival between 8 AM and 4 PM, Aloha Surf offers 2 hours of free parking. After that, a fee of $20 will apply. You’re welcome to park briefly in the driveway while you check with the front desk for availability. If a spot is open, simply register your vehicle (license plate, color, make, and model). Please also note that the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. After 4 PM, please return to the front desk to secure a nightly parking pass for $40. Remember that this fee covers only one night, and registration is required daily.  We apologize beforehand for the uncertainty and thank you for your understanding.

• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

• For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking an extra night

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
