The property was very run down . We had two suites and they don’t offer any housekeeping for the five days we were there . one unit had a leaky AC the other unit had the most horrible smell going down the hall and when questioned they said somebody with cats live there and they couldn’t do anything about it. It was gross . Difficult time getting towels and the place was just dirty.

This property need a major renovation. Everything is out date in the room. Tv, furniture, the kitchen have 2 microwave one that dont work that goes with stoves, bathroom exhausts fan has a permanent dirty look ,ceiling so out dated it have the paint drop ceiling from the 1980 when i was a kid . They aslo charge you a fee for internet even tho Expedia say free wifi. They make you pay for a shuttle bus thats been cancel due to covid. News paper and coffee. They can't PAY ME TO COME STAY EVER AGAIN. AT THIS LOCATION.

We have stayed here a few times and seems like it keeps getting worse. Old rooms with things falling apart and uncomfortable old beds. Half finished work going on in halls are an eyesore as well. We will not be coming back.

The accommodation in the hotel was very poor, the cleanness was unsatisfactory the only good thing it close to the beach area other then that was very poor never will come back to this hotel again.

property is old, i think its way expensive for the price that i paid, and the room that i got was not the room that i saw and reserved from the website im very disappointed! staff were very friendly and accomodating, sorry to say that i am not going to choose this Condos when i go back to Honolulu, and i visit the Island at least twice a year.

This hotel looks like it’s under construction because there’s a lot area looks undone, carpet in the hallway are so dirty and so does the rooms. They don’t clean the rooms everyday, only after the third day of your stay and that was it. The resort fee they charged is for newspapers which nobody reads and the “free dvd rental”. On our second day I asked for towels and I was asked to go to the lobby and pick it up myself. This hotel shouldn’t charge as much as they will not deliver good customer service. Staff are friendly enough however you can tell they are overwhelmed. Do not stay here if you can avoid it.

I like how the property was super close to everything we needed to do. However, our room did not look like the pics online. The hotel needed major updates. Felt everything in the room was dirty to include furnish. Bathroom had molds on floor and around toilet. The room had this awful smell and bed was not comfy. Sad I had to check out following day to book another resort.

Our first room was terrible and needed a renovation badly, however John Jones a supervisor came to our rescue. After that our stay was nice and also Cliff at the front desk is great. Everyone needs a Cliff working for them. Thank you John and Cliff.

We came here on a girls trip but did not know that the hotel is undergoing construction. The hotel is way outdated, the fridge and the toilet made a horrible noise. Overall a very poor experience. The only good thing was the front desk gal, Naomi. She was very friendly and helpful. We ended up going to a dinner hotel.

No room for parking I paid 125$. And still drove around for 30 min looking for a stall... the room condition was very very old... they were doing construction so everything looked tore down and it smelled bad....

This place needs some serious update. If you are planning to don’t be in the hotel at all and just want a place to sleep this place is for you. The pictures were so misleading, the carpet was gross, the kitchen was so old that I was afraid to cook anything. The have two hot tubes but only one works. The stuff was Friendly.

This property is convenient. It is a little dated, but work is being done to update. The work was noisy from time to time. The full kitchen was nice. Beds weren't very comfortable. The view from our floor was awesome. The proximity to the beach and shopping was excellent. Parking is onsite and reasonably priced.

This is a great family friendly spot in an awesome location, close to the beach and Kapiolani park. Having a kitchen is a huge bonus for our family when we travel. Our unit had almost everything we needed for cooking, except a baking sheet and can opener. They were undergoing some renovations while were there, so once the improvements are done I’m sure it will be even nicer. The tennis courts were closed either because of Covid or renovations, so that was disappointing. The pool and hot tub were open so that was great for the kids. The staff was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We opted for an ocean view room which was worth the extra fee. We would definitely stay here again.

We liked that the room had a kitchen with plenty of counter space and we liked that the bedroom could be closed off to the living room. We had to pay a resort fee, but there really wasn't anything of much value in that. The hotel is in the process of being remodeled. Our room looked worn out and a bit dirty, but for the price and the kitchen, we overlooked the condition.

We had our window open at night and one night a gust of wind blew in and the whole curtain and metal track fell on our three faces while we were asleep in the bed. It was terrible to wake up like that. We had our toddler with us in bed and it smacked us pretty hard.

We liked the swimming pool. We liked the setup of the room. Our room was a little dated but our friends had a room that was privately owned and it had been updated and was quite nice.

The hotel was in poor repair with missing baseboards in the hallways. When we entered our room, the carpet looked 30 years old and dirty. I found old contact lenses stuck to the bathroom counters. The communication at check in did not meet my expectations. When I called the front desk about the condition of my room as I was checking out, they said, "you should have told us before you checked into that room". I feel that my experience was such that I would not recommend this location will find somewhere else to stay the next visit to Waikiki

The location was very good. It was pretty close to the beach and shopping. I think more room service was needed. They only cleaned our room once while we were there for 7 nights. We had a fire alarm go off and had to walk down 27 flights of stairs. Nobody told us anything until we got back to our room. The noise from construction was quite annoying.

Overall impression: hotel management doesn't run a tight ship. Service quality ranges from okay to good. Room condition could be better: one single A/C for living and bedrooms; bathtub drains very slowly; toilet tank valve stuck open often. These should be regular maintenance items.

Everything was excellent, I had to paid for parking that's not a problem, the problem is that they don't warranty a parking spot, what? Yes, they don't warranty you a spot for parking,

We got moved to other floor and building due a remodel work. Somehow we end up with a lot of trash in our room until the day we left due the lack of service. The Pool was nice, and nice views from both rooms full and parcial ocean view.

It is well-accessible and has a large room and room management clean. However, it is disappointing that facilities that are too old, lack of electricity outlets, also some outlets that cannot be connected to electricity.

Very poor experience overall
The place was so outdated, had to pay for parking, bbq station to be paid for, used razors in the bathroom. Cliff the front desk guy made our trip a good experience. Kudos to Cliff, but everything else VERY poor. I’d like to talk to you about my experience.
