It was a great 15 nights stay. Hotel is very near 5 mins walk to subway, jr and bullet train making it easy access to the region. I traveled extensively from here to Kada, Nara, Seto, Hiroshima, Matsue, Hakata, Kyoto & Osaka. You'll not run out of food and convenience stores options here. Also loved the large hot bath (amenities provided), coin laundry, room cleaning service and late checkout option (reasonable fee). Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was amazing to walk to many different places and train lines were accessible. The room was small however we knew what we were signing up for and it worked for our needs. Checkin and out was smooth, cant comment on communication too much as we had no issues during our stay so it wasnt necessary. My partner and I would both happily stay here again.

Located 10 min walk from Shin Osaka station, and 7-8 min walk from Nishinakajima-Minamikata station, the hotel is in a convenient spot whether you wish to go up to Kyoto, down to Osaka, or to another area with the Shinkansen. There is a Lawson directly opposite the hotel, with Family Mart and 7-eleven within 5 min walk. McDonalds and Matsuya are also within a 10 min walk. The closest supermarket is near Shin Osaka station. There is a guest lounge on 1F with manga and free drinks, and a communal bath area on 2F. The hotel room is neat and tidy, but slightly small even for a solo traveller, especially as I had a large luggage. The room is as described in the photos, with a corridor and space for a bed - there is also a small bedside table for use. The room is otherwise quiet and pleasant to stay in, with a convenient adjustable night light on the side of the bed. Room amenities include a TV, fridge, hairdryer, and towels. Overall was a pleasant stay but it would be perfect if the rooms were just slightly bigger for easier access of luggage.

Doing a quick visit to Osaka, location is near shin osaka so i didnt have to walk far. Location is near multiple stations, was able to go into Osaka, Kyoto and Universal Studios easily.

万博の出張で初訪問！ 新大阪駅から徒歩10分ほど！ 万博へ行くのに、御堂筋線は、徒歩5分ほどの距離は◎ 　 ベットは硬め ランドリーは、1階に ウェルカムドリンク（ファミレスのドリンクバー）のような設備 １階にマンガコーナーあり！ 朝食は、バイキングと明記されていたが、弁当でがっかり！ 朝から揚げ物主体の弁当はお勧めできない！ 目の前にお好み焼きさんがある 近隣にコンビニ、スーパー、なか卯、中華屋さん、居酒屋などある。　 素泊まりがお勧め！
