"The room was decent, and the massage service was reasonably priced and friendly. They didn’t charge much for the actual package and only asked for a RMB 40 tip per hour, which still made the overall cost very reasonable. The location is excellent, as it’s right next to Shenzhen Railway Station and the Luohu Commercial Center."

"Amazing cleaning staff whom was always so kind to ask if we need room cleaning. Love the free minibar. Superb location, close to MixC shopping mall where we visit almost daily for food. Only down side is that,although its a non smoking hotel, you still have guest smoking in their room. Asked to the staff and they said they can't do anything. I guess thats the culture in the country."

"The hotel has very efficient and timely housekeeping. Staff in the Reception, restaurant and housekeeping offer very courteous and helpful services. The hotel beds and beddings are of very good quality and thus we have a good night sleep. The place is nice and quiet. It would be helpful if the hotel can provide more information on the location of the nearest metro station and eateries nearby."
